Trip Overview

The Mardi Himal with Annapurna Base Camp Trek - 15 Days combines two spectacular trekking routes in the Annapurna region. This adventure is ideal for travelers who want to experience the peaceful trails of Mardi Himal together with the dramatic mountain scenery of Annapurna Base Camp.

The journey begins in Kathmandu before traveling to Pokhara, the gateway to many Annapurna-region treks. From Pokhara, the trail heads toward the beautiful Mardi Himal area, passing through traditional villages, forests and alpine landscapes.

The Mardi Himal section takes you toward Mardi Himal Base Camp, where you can enjoy close-up views of Machhapuchhre, Mardi Himal, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli.

After completing the Mardi Himal section, the trek connects with the Annapurna trekking area. You continue through beautiful villages and forests toward Chhomrong and deeper into the Annapurna Sanctuary.

The final highlight is Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 meters, surrounded by some of the world's most impressive Himalayan peaks. After enjoying the mountain scenery, you descend toward Jhinu Danda and return to Pokhara.

Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus, private vehicle or domestic flight according to your package arrangement.

Pokhara to Mardi Himal Trek Starting Point

From Pokhara, drive toward the selected Mardi Himal trailhead. The road passes through green hills, terraced farmland and traditional settlements.

Trekking Transportation

The Mardi Himal and Annapurna Base Camp sections are completed mainly on foot, with road transportation used where appropriate between trailheads and villages.

Jhinu Danda to Pokhara

After completing the Annapurna Base Camp section, drive from the trek ending point toward Pokhara.

Pokhara to Kathmandu

Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara by domestic flight, tourist vehicle or private transportation according to your travel arrangement.
